Lamb Boti – This exceptional dish is made from juicy pieces of lamb, which are marinated in a selection of eastern spices and then chargrilled for extra flavour.
SEEKH KEBAB – One of our most popular selections at our authentic Indian Restaurants, is the seekh kebab. Made from minced lamb, delicately mixed with fresh herbs and spice, placed on to a skewer and chargrilled.
Lamb Chops – An Indian twist on a traditional English dish. Our lamb chops are marinated in spices and chargrilled fresh to your taste.
Shami Kebab – This traditional Punjabi starter is made from minced lamb, blended with lentils, cinnamon, ginger and spice, coated with egg yolk and shallow fried. It is best served with raita or chutney.
Lamb Karahi – An authentic Punjabi style of cooking, freshly prepared with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes with a special blend of eastZeast spices, finally garnished with fragrant coriander.
Lamb Shashlick – Low in calories, and perfect if you prefer you main without any sauce. This dish is made from diced lamb, skewered alongside peppers and onions.
Lamb Balti – Another Punjabi method of cooking that makes the meat succulent and tender. This classic dish is prepared with the finest ingredients and our signature Balti sauce.
Lamb Saag – A dish most common in North Indian, the main ingredients of lamb saag are fresh spinach with Lamb, made into a delicious meal that goes exceptionally well with roti, or chapattis.
Lamb Sookha Bunah – Lahori dishes originate from the Punjab city, Lahore, and are notoriously rich in flavour. Cooked with lamb, in our unique sauce, this is always a favourite on the eastZeast menu!
